You will play a key role in opening and closing the store, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in supervising store teams and operations
• Lead and improve the customer experience daily
• Drive team performance toward sales goals
• Train and direct team members effectively
• Execute opening and closing procedures accurately
Requirements:
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to foster teamwork and positivity
• Proficient in computer usage
• Flexible schedule availability
