Job Description: We are currently hiring an Experienced Millwork Saw Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating saws and woodworking equipment to cut materials accurately according to shop drawings and production requirements. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in millwork manufacturing. Responsibilities: Set up and operate sliding table saws and other woodworking machinery Read and interpret shop drawings accurately Prepare and manage detailed cut lists to maximize material efficiency Use hand tools and equipment for fabrication tasks Set up, adjust, and operate edge banding machines Assist with millwork manufacturing and assembly Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Perform routine saw maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments) Follow all safety procedures at all times Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Millwork Saw Operator or similar role Strong ability to read blueprints and shop drawings Proven experience preparing accurate cut lists Knowledge of woodworking equipment, setup, and basic maintenance Ability to lift materials and stand for long periods Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team Job Type: Full-Time
