**Job Title: Construction Landscape Supervisor****Job Description**As a Landscape Construction Equipment Operator/Supervisor, you will join a dynamic team of 2-5 members to execute hardscape installations using various equipment, hand, and power tools. The role is based in Muskoka, Ontario, specializing in site development and the installation of custom waterfront landscapes.**Responsibilities**Lead a team in executing landscape construction projects.Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, 5-20 ton excavators, and wheeled loaders.Read and interpret construction drawings and landscape plans.Utilize laser leveling equipment and implement surface grading and drainage best practices.Ensure safety practices are upheld at all times.Maintain equipment and perform necessary repairs and overhauls.Organize and manage project timelines and resources efficiently.**Essential Skills**5+ years of experience in Landscape Construction or a related field.5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.Proficiency in reading construction drawings and landscape plans.Excellent communication and team management skills.Ability to work well within a team and lead others..**Why Work Here?**Enjoy a full week off every August to relax and recharge, as the company values work-life balance.
