Complete patient assessments and, if needed, prescribe new medications or extend existing ones. Travel for health consultations. Manage chronic disease programs. Conduct annual patient medication reviews and perform required follow‑ups. Ensure care clinic processes and documentation meet regulatory compliance. Administer medications by injection. Provide point‑of‑care screening and swabs. Issue lab requisitions and interpret lab results (if provincial legislation allows). Collaborate with other HCPs to establish circles of care. Counsel patients on prescription medication use. Support dispensary activity and overall pharmacy workflow. Maintain continuity of care with other health‑care providers. Assist in developing and implementing industry‑leading clinical services and programs. Stay current on industry trends, laws, and regulations regarding pharmacist expanded scope. Perform other duties as assigned to support Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd., including operational responsibilities. How You Will Succeed Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, fully licensed in the province of employment, in good standing. Injection certification required. Additional accreditations (e.g., CDE, CRE, CTH) are an asset. Prescribing authorization required. Highly organized, takes initiative, and strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Effective planning and time‑management skills. Minimal direction needed; capable of working independently.
