This isn't your typical mobile development role - we're looking for engineers who find joy in the details, from perfecting animations to diving deep into native modules. You will be at the forefront of building government technology that can reach 100+ million North American citizens. You'll have the opportunity to work on brand-new mobile applications that require both technical excellence and creative problem-solving. It's a unique opportunity that allows you to push the boundaries of what's possible in mobile development Reporting to Gagan Singh , you will be key in supporting large-scale mobile initiatives with complex feature sets. In the day-to-day, you will lead technical design discussions and ensure our mobile applications maintain the highest performance and user experience standards. As a Senior React Native Engineer at Clariti, you’ll get to: Own the development of our React Native mobile applications Lead performance optimization efforts to maintain smooth 60fps experiences Architect solutions that work flawlessly across iOS and Android Build reusable components and establish mobile development best practices Dive into native code (Swift/Kotlin) when needed to solve complex challenges Mentor other developers in mobile performance optimization What do you bring to the team?
