Please be careful with this individual. I was called into work. I got really sick during my shift, but I managed to finish the day. I told him I was feeling better, better than before and it’s been a week and a half. I haven’t gotten any reply since he called me during my shift when I was throwing up in the washroom. We never got one break, even though I told my partner he can go, and I would stay. I’m not sure if I got sick from their water, not eating anything in eight hours or being over fatigued. They don’t care about giving you breaks or your body. They treat you like a machine. They don’t want to use the forklifts for packages that require mechanical lifting only. Negligence like this is known to cause permanent injury especially in the spine area. This is a really dangerous work environment. Don’t work for this guy he will not pay you. You have been one of my really bad experience with Alliance containers.
