Proven leadership with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects and leading high‑performing teams. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve technical and client‑facing challenges effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls and regulatory frameworks. Team‑building mindset with a passion for mentoring and driving organizational growth. Good knowledge of the construction market.
