Monitor project progress and performance and provide updates to leadership and clients. Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, quality, and environmental protection throughout project execution with all employees and partners. This role could be for you if you have Educational foundation in Engineering (University Degree or Technology Diploma), or equivalent industry experience. 15+ years in the construction sector, demonstrating deep operational and strategic insight. Specialized expertise in infrastructure construction, ideally with a focus on water and wastewater or industrial projects. Proven leadership with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects and leading high‑performing teams. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and resolve technical and client‑facing challenges effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, project controls and regulatory frameworks. Team‑building mindset with a passion for mentoring and driving organizational growth. Good knowledge of the construction market.
