In this hands-on leadership position, you will coordinate all aspects of sloped-roof projects throughout the Ottawa area. Your responsibilities will include managing a crew while executing precise tasks related to shingle installations and property protection. The role also entails ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining clear communication with homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead roofing projects and collaborate with your crew
• Plan and manage daily operations effectively
• Oversee shingle installations from start to finish
• Enforce and promote jobsite safety standards
• Keep the worksite clean and organized throughout
Requirements:
• 4-7 years of experience in residential roofing
• Foreman or crew-leading experience preferred
• Solid knowledge of roof systems and installation practices
• Capable of working heights and handling physically strenuous tasks
• Valid driver's license and transport for job site travel
