Director, Water & Wastewater Treatment & Facilities – Alberta Join WSP in Canada to lead Alberta’s water and wastewater projects as Director. Your Impact Lead strategic growth: Build and strengthen client relationships in Alberta’s water markets. Deliver complex projects: Oversee planning, design, construction, and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment facilities. Champion technical excellence: Act as Project Director on major assignments, ensuring rigorous standards and innovative solutions. Collaborate nationally and globally: Integrate expertise from WSP’s water teams and global delivery network. Mentor and inspire: Develop high‑performing multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement. The Skills That Set You Apart 15+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, including 7+ years in leadership roles. Eligible for registration as a P.Eng. in Alberta. Track record of growing business and building trusted client relationships in Alberta. Proven ability to manage large, multidisciplinary projects and portfolios with strong financial acumen.
