You’ll engineer prompt systems that generate high‑converting copy across landing pages, emails, ads, and social media—rapidly testing variations that would take traditional copywriters months to produce. You’ll analyze conversion data points daily, refining both your copy and our AI models with each test cycle, building pattern‑recognition instincts through sheer volume that takes others years to develop. What You’ll Need 3+ years of experience in direct‑response or conversion‑focused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results At least 1 year of hands‑on experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context to create and optimize content Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis Proficiency in prompt engineering: The ability to guide AI to produce on‑brand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works and an eagerness to test new ideas and technologies Familiarity with AI‑powered testing platforms/dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring AI‑generated content meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and brand voice Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects and adapting quickly to new tools and processes The Puffy DNA Be the Owner: We don’t hire employees; we welcome owners.
