Epicor P21 Consultant Responsibilities Serve as subject matter expert for P21 functional areas (Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, Pricing). Gather and document business requirements; map them to P21 functionality. Configure P21 modules and optimize workflows to meet client needs. Conduct workshops, user training, and UAT sessions. Support go‑live and provide post‑implementation assistance. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration. Develop and maintain integrations, and reports for P21. Build and optimize SQL queries and views, Business Rules using C# & .NET and dashboards. Implement and troubleshoot EDI, API, and third‑party integrations. Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
