Lead bar service at The Citadel Theatre in Edmonton using customer service expertise and accurate cocktail, beer, and wine preparation. This is part-time work.
The part-time Bar Supervisor provides leadership within Guest Services while coordinating bar activities. The position supports bartenders, managers, and Front of House staff, maintaining patron service and respectful workplace standards. Duties include training, task assignment, POS transactions, inventory, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bar activities during theatre service
- Train, support, assess, and assign bartenders on shift
- Pour and mix cocktails, beer, and wine
- Process transactions, handle cash, and run POS reports
- Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and product specifications
Requirements:
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts
- One to two years of restaurant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Ability to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height
