Apply advanced mathematical, statistical, and computational methods to enhance model performance and stability. Evaluate and refine algorithmic frameworks to ensure robustness, precision, and reliability. Contribute to the training and fine‑tuning of AI systems, ensuring they reason accurately in quantitative contexts. Participate in synchronous collaboration sessions (4‑hour windows, 2–3 times per week) to review experiments, debug models, and exchange technical insights. Qualifications Strong academic or professional background in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or Quantitative Finance. Expertise in probability, optimisation, and numerical analysis. Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used for quantitative work (Python, C++, Julia, R, or Rust). Experience with simulation systems, data analysis, or machine learning frameworks is a strong plus. Excellent analytical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills.
