Sr Principal Consultant

Sr Principal Consultant – NetSuite ACS (Advanced Customer Support) We are hiring a senior-level consultant to join Oracle NetSuite’s Advanced Customer Support team. The role requires deep experience in Software, Services or Technology verticals (e.g., Advertising, Media, or Publishing) and the ability to work from a home‑office location in the United States or Canada with moderate travel. Responsibilities Identify and document customer NetSuite value gaps using the proprietary SuiteReview methodology. Drive remediation approaches and gain consensus with customers on required changes. Remediate high‑priority gaps collaboratively with customers. Architect solutions for complex business requirements, including configuration, integration, and technical components in partnership with the Technical Services (TS) team. Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite. Work with the TS team to design, unit test, and deliver automations and integrations. Review and validate deliverables produced by other team members to ensure quality. Continuously deepen product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications. Collaborate with other Advanced Customer Support teams (TAMs, TS, POS, Commerce,Air, Premier/Platinum Support). Adhere to internal business processes that deliver exceptional customer value. Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of overall relevant domain experience in NetSuite’s core vertical markets. Strong NetSuite ERP expertise; competing ERP offerings may be considered. 2+ years in external consulting with sustained C‑suite interactions. Experience defining requirements for customizations and integrations. Proven custom development analysis, design, and testing skills. Excellent communication ability. Knowledge of SuiteProjects, Advanced Revenue, SuiteBilling, and other advanced accounting processes. Ability to evolve customer business processes based on leading practices. Passion for driving customer satisfaction. Project and/or team leadership experience. Finance and/or Accounting background a plus. NetSuite ERP Consultant or other relevant product certifications a plus. Ability to synthesize information into a coherent story, strategic vision, and implementation roadmap. For this position, compensation ranges are $87,000 – $178,100 per year in the United States, with potential bonus and equity eligibility. Career Level – IC3. This role regularly interacts with customers across North America and requires a professional level of English. A proficiency in French is an asset for candidates residing in Quebec.
