In this full-time role, you will engage actively with mall visitors, helping them navigate wireless options. Your focus will be on providing an unbiased customer service experience, ensuring you meet and exceed sales metrics. Collaborating with the Store Manager, you'll contribute to inventory management and maintain store cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with mall visitors through every step of the sales process
• Create and maintain leads using the CRM system
• Offer personalized customer service and solutions
• Achieve monthly sales metrics consistently
• Handle inventory and complete daily operations tasks
Requirements:
• Retail or hospitality experience encouraged
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Familiarity with point-of-sale technology
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to learn and grow through feedback
