Seasonal Retail Sales Associate Blue Mountain

This role offers full-time and part-time hours with shifts between 9:00am and 10:00pm, including weekends. You will engage with customers, maintain high retail standards, and assist in merchandise handling. Comprehensive product training will ensure you are well-equipped to serve our guests effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and guide them through our selling style
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate gear for their needs
• Manage merchandising and keep stores organized and fresh
• Handle inventory and daily cash-outs efficiently
• Maintain high standards for customer service and store appearance
Requirements:
• Retail or sales experience with soft and hard goods preferred
• Comfortable working in a busy indoor environment
• Availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Strong teamwork and good vibes focus
• Enthusiastic about outdoor activities and customer service
