Primary Location: Saint-Laurent, Quebec UX Designer II (Hybrid) Education And Experience: Bachelors degree or certificate in HCI, design or equivalent. 2+ years professional experience as a User Experience Designer. Strong problem‑solving and conceptual development ability. Must have experience designing web applications for B2B enterprise software. Strong understanding of web and mobile technology. Experience designing B2B web applications for B2B is a must. Effective oral, written, visual communication and presentation skills. Experience using GenAI software interfaces is a must. Experience designing GenAI interfaces is a plus. Specific software experience: modern software design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD for wireframes and interactive prototypes. What You’ll Do Job Responsibilities: UX designer II will help contribute to software design solutions by understanding user needs in a variety of enterprise spaces and creating innovative concepts to solve those challenges. Seek out and capture user needs, customer use‑cases, and create design prototypes to be validated by collaborating directly with our cross‑functional stakeholders (such as Product Managers, Program Managers) and senior designers. Support all stages of design development process from customer research, concept development, prototyping and execution. Support and present work to team members. Proficient understanding of interaction design, visual design, design systems, and other related design skills. Basic understanding of mobile or web development technologies and limitations. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Interested?
