Senior Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager Join Deel as the Senior Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager. This role leads the development and continuous refinement of the global pipeline model, drives analytics, and accelerates pipeline growth across Enterprise, Mid Market, SMB, and Cross-sell segments. Overview As a Senior Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager, you will analyze, optimize, and drive pipeline performance across diverse segments. You will leverage advanced analytics and data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, forecast pipeline health, and identify opportunities to scale acceleration across multi-channel initiatives. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and own data models and reporting frameworks that track pipeline quality, velocity, conversion, and efficiency from first touch to close-won; assess pipeline health and reduce sales cycle time. Leverage BI and AI tools to uncover patterns and trends across funnel stages (MQL → SAL → SQL → CW), delivering real-time visibility and actionable insights. Lead pipeline forecasting and provide data-driven recommendations using metrics such as MQLs, SALs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. Conduct quarterly pipeline diagnostics to identify performance gaps and recommend initiatives to accelerate movement through the funnel. Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales Strategy, ABM, Lifecycle, and Partner teams to align targeting strategies and demand capture initiatives. Develop dashboards and executive briefings that clearly communicate opportunities, risks, and KPI performance. Align AI strategies across pipeline operations and evaluate campaign effectiveness; communicate findings and strategic recommendations in cross-functional reviews. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in B2B analytics, with a track record of developing analytics frameworks, optimizing pipeline performance, and driving data-informed decisions in SaaS/tech marketing and sales contexts. 1+ year of Marketing Analytics experience with exposure to a range of analytical functions and business impact areas. Deep knowledge of demand funnel metrics (MQL, SAL, SQL, CW) and pipeline operations across all segments. Advanced skills with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, or similar). Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and data storytelling. Experience managing multiple priorities, delivering high-quality output under tight timelines, and presenting to executive stakeholders. Experience with Salesforce data modeling and reporting; background in machine learning or predictive modeling in a GTM context is a plus.
