Qualifications This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and or management experience is required. Benefits Hourly rate ranges from $21.45 - $21.70 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
