Position: Mobile Sales Demonstration Specialist The Mobile Sales Demonstration Specialist is responsible for supporting the Neocis Sales and Marketing teams by transporting our robotic surgery demonstration system via bus to dental offices and dental shows across the US. What you'll do: Safely transport the demo equipment and bus to and from sites across the US. Support and assist the sales team in the set-up and break-down of the YOMI demo robot. Ensure the robot is ready for immediate use by sales/marketing team. Contact FSE team immediately if you experience any issues during the set-up of the robot to troubleshoot any issues that may delay scheduled appointment or event. Keep open lines of communication with Neocis staff during set up and break-down process. Coordinate closely and effectively with the sales team and marketing team to meet all demo deadlines and appointments and any marketing related activities such as attendance at Tradeshows, Lab Events, or Special Events. Arrive at designated location at least 1 hour in advance to ensure timely set up; If you are late, a call must be made to RSM, RSD or Marketing team on site. Ensure that you have readily available the contact information provided to you for the site if you experience any issues with loading/unloading robot. Set up and assemble the robot, banner, table, tv, brochures, and any other collateral or equipment for lab or special events during the designated move-in time provided Maintain a positive, friendly, proactive, and helpful demeanor with internal and external customers at all times and represent Neocis in a professional manner. Always maintain and keep the bus clean and in proper working conditions. Keep proper maintenance records for the assigned vehicle. Observe all relevant traffic and safety laws. Comply with the Neocis Travel and Expense Policy at all times. Ensure the vehicle is always parked appropriately and secured to avoid towing and tickets. What you'll bring: High School Diploma or GED certificate Valid Driver’s License Excellent route planning capabilities Knowledge of transportation safety Comfortable working with medical professionals as well as sales, marketing, and engineering Professional appearance and communication skills Willingness for overnight travel on a regular basis (80%+) Must be located close to a major airport for ease of frequent travel Ability to work flexible hours Ability to pass a background and drug test What else? This is not a supervisory position. This is a full-time position. This position requires long hours and weekend work. This position may require over 80% travel. Frequently traveling outside the local area and overnight. This position requires the regular use of motor vehicles. Prolonged periods driving in a vehicle. Ability to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds. Frequent exposure to moderate noise. Ability to maneuver and secure cargo loads on vehicles. This position includes exposure to clinical operatory environments.
