Our culture embraces quality, integrity, and inclusivity, enabling everyone to contribute to the story and make play happen. All four world‑class teams—Criterion, DICE, Motive, and Ripple Effect—focus on a connected, immersive Battlefield universe built on our unique DNA. The Role We are looking for an experienced Production Director who is passionate about both process and gaming. You will provide daily production leadership to the Live Ops & Engagement Team, managing project, feature and resource planning, balancing scope with capacity, and tracking progress. What You’ll Do Manage cross‑functional teams that include Software Engineers, Designers, UX/UI Specialists, and Audio. Lead Live Service teams, working on multiple releases simultaneously. Oversee each team’s roadmap across all development stages: pre‑production, production, launch, and live service. Implement scope and capacity management across internal and external teams. Coordinate discipline leaders to break down deliverables, estimate tasks, plan sprints, and run sprint rituals such as stand‑ups and retrospectives. Establish engagement processes to define workflows, document processes, and train staff on expectations. Align all involved teams toward shared goals while guiding them to meet milestones on time and at quality. Communicate project status to leadership at all levels, including risk, contingency, and mitigation plans. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation, prioritize projects, and balance needs versus technical constraints. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. Mentor junior production personnel. Maintain an inclusive environment that encourages creativity and collaboration. What We Are Looking For 8+ years of experience as a project, program, or production manager in technology, games, or an equivalent field. Experience in AAA Live Service game development, managing multiple simultaneous releases on a live product with cross‑functional teams. Proven ability to deliver on time and at quality, with a focus on team health. Track record of empowering team leads and members to own parts of the planning process. Knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall and tools such as Jira, Shotgrid, Perforce, Airtable, or similar. Expertise in visualizing project status for any audience. Experience tailoring communication to all levels of an organization. Proficiency in conflict resolution and coaching fellow production professionals.
