In this critical position, the Merchandiser reports to the Territory Manager and supports various retail accounts, ensuring Hallmark displays are well-maintained. The role requires adherence to a merchandising plan and managing service visits effectively. Flexibility is essential, especially during peak seasons, as increased availability is needed to meet demand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory and merchandising in assigned accounts
• Conduct scheduled service visits each week
• Follow merchandising plans and productivity standards
• Provide support during seasonal peaks and vacancies
• Communicate with the Territory Manager regularly
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Proficiency in smartphone technology
• Strong email management skills
