Are you passionate about advocating for injured individuals and ensuring access to justice? Preszler Injury Lawyers is seeking a motivated Associate Lawyer with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. Applicants may reside in either Ontario or British Columbia.


This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a Managing Partner on a diverse range of files in both Ontario and British Columbia.


About the Role


As an Associate Lawyer, you will gain hands-on experience and significant mentorship in all aspects of the litigation process, including:


  • Conducting investigations.
  • Conducting examinations for discovery.
  • Retaining experts.
  • Conducting mediations and settlement negotiations.
  • Preparing for and attending trials.


You will work on a wide variety of personal injury files, including:


  • Motor vehicle accident claims.
  • Premises liability cases.
  • Disability insurance denials.
  • Institutional abuse cases.
