As a Keyholder at Lindt, you will play a crucial role in supporting our retail team. You will assist with opening and closing the store while guiding team members to meet daily sales goals. This position allows you to create memorable moments for our guests while cultivating a love for chocolate and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the store with managerial support
• Inspire team members to reach sales targets
• Participate in training and onboarding new staff
• Assist in visual merchandising and in-store activations
• Drive B2B sales by promoting corporate gifting options
Requirements:
• Experience in retail sales or customer service
• Strong skills in driving sales and customer satisfaction
• Proficiency with POS and cash handling systems
• Familiarity with inventory control processes
• Engaging communication skills with a customer-first approach
