In this hands-on position, you will utilize specialized tools to perform repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles while adhering to dealership standards. You will conduct detailed inspections and provide insight on necessary repairs, all while fostering a supportive learning environment for apprentices. Your role is essential in maintaining operational excellence in a dynamic dealership setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose vehicle issues and perform repairs accurately
• Conduct necessary multi-point inspections and recommendations
• Regularly document work in accordance with OEM standards
• Participate in necessary training to remain updated
• Mentor apprentices in a safe work environment
Requirements:
• Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate (or in training)
• Deep knowledge of various makes and models
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
• Clean driving history with a valid driver’s license
