Overview of the role: At PolicyMe, we are modernizing insurance in Canada. We are a remote-first startup based in Toronto, aiming to disrupt the traditional insurance landscape. We seek a motivated Licensed Life Insurance Advisor to educate customers, handle advanced cases, and guide them through our products via phone, SMS, and email. Key responsibilities include: Becoming an expert in life, critical illness, and health & dental insurance products through training. Serving as the first contact for prospective customers. Addressing customer questions and guiding them through the insurance process. Using consultative sales techniques to match customers with suitable products. Collaborating with team members to solve complex issues. Participating in coaching, learning, and mentorship opportunities. Providing excellent customer service. Managing inbound leads in Hubspot. Qualifications: Valid LLQP license as a Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent. 1-4 years of experience in insurance or related fields. Proven sales performance and ability to communicate complex concepts. Team-oriented with a growth mindset. Bilingual in French and English. At least 1 year of experience as a Quebec-licensed advisor. Additional details: Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 OTE. Includes benefits, stock options, PTO, and remote work options. Requires background, credit, and reference checks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
