The Solutions Architecture team is the technical backbone of our sales and customer engagement efforts. We are a team of expert problem-solvers who act as a bridge between our prospective clients' business challenges and the technical capabilities of the PostGrid platform. About The Role: As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be a key player in our go-to-market strategy, responsible for providing deep technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will partner with our sales and customer success teams to understand complex customer requirements and design robust, end-to-end solutions that demonstrate the power of our API-first platform. Responsibilities: Technical Pre-Sales: Partner with our Enterprise Account Executives to provide deep technical expertise during the sales process, from initial discovery to contract close. Solution Design: Design and document scalable and secure solutions for complex customer use cases, leveraging PostGrid’s APIs, integrations, and core platform capabilities. Customer Engagement: Lead technical discovery calls, workshops, and presentations with a wide range of stakeholders, including C-level executives, developers, and product managers. Proof of Concept (PoC): Build and demonstrate technical proofs of concept to validate solutions and showcase the value of the PostGrid platform. Knowledge Transfer: Act as a technical expert for our internal teams and create best-practice guides, solution architectures, and technical documentation to support our customers and partners. Product Advocacy: Act as a key feedback loop, relaying customer requirements and market intelligence back to our Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical pre-sales role, with a focus on enterprise clients. Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs , webhooks, and B2B SaaS platforms. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and data security best practices. Proven ability to design and document complex technical solutions and articulate their value to both technical and non-technical audiences. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js) for building prototypes or tools. Experience in the logistics, marketing technology (martech), or direct mail industries. Familiarity with major CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
