This Store Team Member role supports customers through friendly conversation and product knowledge. You will maintain displays, scan products accurately, identify inventory needs, and help with ordering. The work also includes promotions, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and respond to customer needs
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and set up company promotions
- Keep department areas neat and uphold health standards
Requirements:
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions
- Motivation to learn; no previous experience required
- Flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and varied hours
