Responsible for preparing work schedules and coordinating work activities. Responsible for training workers regarding job duties and safety measures. Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with companys plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates. Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members, and create strategies to boost productivity. Maintain timekeeping and personnel records. Prepare budgetary reports and keep production records. Receive complaints and resolve problems. Order materials and supplies. Requirements: Completion of secondary education is required. Minimum 1-year of related experience in the field is required.
