As part of our Front Office team, you will engage with guests from arrival to departure. You'll leverage your problem-solving skills to assist with reservations and respond to guest inquiries effectively. This position requires a friendly demeanor and a commitment to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests courteously and professionally
• Effectively manage check-in and check-out processes
• Assist with reservations and guest requests
• Utilize up-selling techniques to enhance satisfaction
• Maintain a professional front desk setup
Requirements:
• Must legally work in Canada
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• High School Diploma is mandatory
• Previous hospitality experience is beneficial
• Strong communication and computer skills
Contribute to a positive guest experience and support our dedicated team at Nova Hotels in Yellowhead.
