Early-morning weekend baking at Tim Hortons calls for recipe accuracy, food safety, and reliable store opening. Work Saturdays and Sundays from 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Compass Group Canada seeks a reliable baker for the main Tim Hortons location inside Queensway Carleton Hospital. You will prepare breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries according to recipes and production specifications. The position also supports production planning, presentation standards, and daily service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare baked goods using approved recipes and production sheets
- Open the store and support daily production requirements
- Track waste, portions, shortages, and production records
- Maintain food quality, presentation, portions, and serving temperatures
- Clean equipment, utensils, workstations, and display areas
Requirements:
- Professional baking certificate or equivalent baking experience is an asset
- Reliability and availability for flexible hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, sanitation, and safety standards
- Physical ability to carry out position duties
