Accountabilities Create unique, actionable business and technology insights for finance leaders. Act as a leading authority on finance AI use cases and governance. Stay updated on external AI trends relevant to the finance sector. Develop new insights through thought leadership and research. Analyze market trends and provide clients with actionable advice. Present high-value materials at industry conferences and events. Support sales by driving client engagement through insights. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred. 12+ years of relevant field experience with 3+ years in AI for finance. Exposure to major finance processes and AI deployment. Experience with data science and coding languages, preferably Python. Demonstrate executive presence and establish credibility quickly. Strong research, analytical, and written communication skills. Ability to synthesize data and present complex concepts simply. Willingness to travel up to 25% when required.
