Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript, React, CSS, and HTML.
- Extensive experience with WCAG 2.2 standards and digital accessibility best practices.
- Proven track record of developing accessible web applications.
- Strong understanding of semantic HTML and ARIA roles.
- Experience with frontend build tools and package managers.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
