Kailee looking for a babysitter or nanny

Looking for a long term part-time nanny/babysitter in my home for my one year old son for when I work evenings and weekends. My evening shifts are from 4pm to 12:15am with a few shifts being 1pm-9:15pm. There is not consistency with the days I would need care, some weeks I wouldnt need anything and some weeks I would need multiple evenings in a row. Average number of days I would need each month would be around 8 (some months more, some less). Need to be okay with dogs as I have two (smaller dogs).
