Overview Dauphin Consumers Co‑op is recruiting for two (2) Human Resources Advisors (12-18 month terms) in our Administration department in Dauphin, MB. To learn more, visit our site at What you’ll do As part of the Human Resources team, the HR Advisor will provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development, labour relations, and policy, legislation, and CBA compliance. The role aims to foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment and provides strategic and operational HR support across multiple departments and commodities within the retail organization. The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership, managers, and employees to ensure a consistent and high‑quality HR service that supports organizational goals, enhances the employee experience, and ensures compliance with internal policies and employment legislation. The Community Dauphin Co‑op is located in the heart of the Parkland region in Manitoba. This close‑knit community hosts Canada’s National Ukrainian Festival and Manitoba’s premier and longest running Country Music Festival. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices. Post‑secondary education in a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency in using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications. Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset.
