Construction Manager

Cahill Industrial Limited is recruiting highly qualified and skilled Construction Managers, Project Managers, and Superintendents to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary teams on upcoming projects throughout Western Canada. As a key member of our project teams, you will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and delivering high-quality results on some of our best-in-class projects. You’ll oversee schedules, budgets, and resources, while ensuring that safety, quality, and performance standards are consistently met or exceeded. You also work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative and solution-oriented environment on site, proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track. What will you do? Lead all aspects of project execution from pre-construction to turnover. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, codes, and regulatory standards. Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and resources. Oversee and supervise project teams consisting of craft and staff personnel. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and performance excellence. Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for clear communication and reporting. What will you bring? Proven experience in industrial or large-scale construction projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Relevant education, certifications, and safety training (as applicable). Ability to work in Western Canada, or on a rotational / project-based schedule.
