As part of a dynamic team, your role will focus on underwriting policies within Specialty Lines, encompassing technology, liability, and agriculture, with at least 5 years of experience required. You’ll utilize your analytical skills to enhance broker relationships and negotiate tailored solutions that meet client needs, fostering mutual success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and process insurance policies per guidelines
• Strengthen partnerships with brokers through exceptional service
• Facilitate negotiations for customized solutions
• Communicate updates on pricing and guidelines
• Mentor and support team members effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Specialty Lines
• Strong analytical and risk management competencies
• Proficient negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure with quality
• Eligible to work in Canada mandatory
