Working closely with our offices in Labrador City, Montréal and Mont-Saint-Hilaire, this team is actively involved in developing the Sept-Îles region and in executing various projects in the mining and metals, and energy sectors. Design, install and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, wireless) Identify client needs for new business opportunities or ongoing projects Establish project scopes and draft proposals Serve as a technical reference on the team Prepare blog articles, technical papers or other documents to promote the firm Provide leadership when preparing technical and commercial proposals Prepare technical reports and recommendations Serve as an ambassador for the team to other departments Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure project success Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients while meeting their high expectations Use your professional network to generate business opportunities Promote BBA services to potential clients Do your qualities and values match our corporate culture? Action-oriented Strong communication and soft skills Resourceful and ingenious Rigorous Overview Of Certifications And Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or DCS in one of the following areas: electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science, automated production engineering, telecommunications or network administration; or any other relevant training At least 4 years of relevant experience Advanced level of English to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients in English‑speaking Canadian provinces and internationally. The frequency of English use may range from occasional to daily, depending on ongoing projects Advanced level of French to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients in Québec.
