RÉSUMÉ:
Ce rôle est un remplacement de congé maternité. Dans ce rôle, vous dirigez la coordination de l'atelier de fabrication, en veillant à ce que les matériaux et les produits circulent sans heurt tout au long du processus de production. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les planificateurs et les différents services afin de répondre aux exigences de livraison des clients, d'accélérer les ordres de production et de communiquer efficacement les plans de production. Votre sens aigu de la surveillance vous permettra d'identifier et de résoudre tout goulot d'étranglement potentiel dans le processus de production. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devrez maîtriser les connaissances, les compétences et les aptitudes essentielles.
HSE :
- Veiller au respect des procédures, instructions, lignes directrices et règles HSE
- Maintenir et mettre à jour les procédures et instructions HSE pour le département.
- Développer et maintenir les compétences HSE des employés
- S'assurer que l'équipement est en bon état et fonctionne en toute sécurité
- Identifier et traiter les situations à risque en matière de SSE
- Gérer les situations d'urgence et assurer la communication en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement au sein des équipes
- Garantir les ressources nécessaires à la gestion de l'impact sur la santé, la sécurité et l'environnement
- Mettre en œuvre des actions pour atteindre les objectifs SSE du site
- Participer à l'examen de la gestion HSE
FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS ESSENTIELLES:
Vous jouerez un rôle clé en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les planificateurs de la production afin de faciliter le flux des matériaux pour la fabrication, l'expédition des commandes et le respect des calendriers des clients. Vous serez responsable de l'analyse des données, de la gestion des stocks et de la planification de la capacité afin de maintenir l'efficacité des opérations. Votre souci du détail sera essentiel pour identifier, négocier, et résoudre tout conflit lié à la disponibilité des matériaux et des capacités afin de garantir des livraisons aux clients dans les délais impartis. En outre, vous serez chargé de maintenir les paramètres de planification tels que les délais, la taille des lots et les temps de cycle.
Tâches principales :
- Créer des rapports pour les clients internes et externes, présentant la capacité, les plans de production, les calendriers, les risques potentiels et les ressources nécessaires à la croissance de l'entreprise.
- Agir en tant que gardien de première ligne en signalant rapidement à la direction toute non-conformité connue ou suspectée avec les procédures de l'entreprise ou les exigences légales.
- S'assurer que vous restez du bon côté des règles et des réglementations aux niveaux fédéral et provincial, ainsi que de celles établies par LISI Aerospace et les procédures HSE.

SUMMARY
This role is a maternity leave replacement. In this role, you will be leading the coordination of the manufacturing floor, ensuring a smooth flow of materials and products through the production process. You'll work collaboratively with planners and various departments to meet customer delivery requirements, expedite production orders, and effectively communicate production plans. Your keen oversight will help identify and address any potential bottlenecks in the production process. Success in this role will require a strong grasp of essential knowledge, skills, and abilities.
HSE:
- Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, instructions, guidelines, and rules
- Maintain and update HSE procedures and instructions for the department
- Develop and maintain HSE skills of employees
- Ensure equipment is in good condition and operates safely
- Identify and address HSE risk situations
- Manage emergency situations and lead HSE communication within the teams
- Ensure necessary resources for health, safety, and environmental impact management
- Implement actions to achieve site HSE objectives
- Participate in HSE management review
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will play a key role in working closely with production planners to facilitate the smooth flow of materials for manufacturing, expediting orders, and meeting customer schedules. You will be responsible for analyzing data, managing stock, and planning capacity to keep operations running efficiently. Your attention to detail will be crucial for identifying, negotiating, and resolving any conflicts related to material and capacity availability to ensure timely customer deliveries. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining scheduling parameters such as lead times, lot sizes, and cycle times.
Key tasks:
- Creating reports for both internal and external clients, showcasing capacity, production plans, schedules, potential risks, and resources needed for business growth.
- Acting as a front-line guardian by promptly reporting any known or suspected nonconformities with company procedures or legal requirements to management.
- Making sure you stay on the right side of the rules and regulations at the Federal and provincial levels, as well as those set by LISI Aerospace and HSE Procedures.
- Being flexible and ready to take on any other duties required by management, based on your qualifications and experience.
