About the Role We’re hiring a Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist to support our sales hiring function. Reporting into the Manager of Talent, you’ll be responsible for building a bench of high‑caliber candidates and coordinating a seamless recruitment experience from outreach to interview. CoLab’s sales org is growing rapidly—and finding the right people at the right time is critical. Your focus will be on proactively sourcing talent, managing our outbound recruitment efforts, and supporting our hiring team with coordination and candidate experience. You’ll work closely with the Manager of Talent and hiring leaders to build and execute recruiting strategies that help us find and close top performers in competitive markets. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ years of recruiting experience—either in‑house at a tech company, or in an agency setting working with B2B tech clients—who’s looking to deepen their experience and make a bigger impact.
