Responsibilities Lead strategic design initiatives that empower restaurateurs with new and meaningful ways to optimise their business. Drive the evolution of tools that help our restaurant customers engage with their guests and run their operations. Champion product concepts that balance customer needs with critical business goals. Become a deep expert in restaurant operator workflows by leading user research with restaurant owners and staff. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver experiences that enable excellent hospitality. Your Skills And Experience At least 5 years of product design experience. Experience leading and facilitating workshops with cross-functional partners. Experience designing for enterprise or solving for very complex experiences. Experience contributing to a design system. Designed for web and iOS platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Great visual design skills. Led user interviews and testing of designs. Ability to negotiate, prioritize, and break down design work into measurable outcomes. Expertise in Figma and other prototyping tools.
