What You Need To Be Successful 2-5 years of building systems and maintenance experience, preferably within a multi‑residential asset class. Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills. Someone that thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Flexibility to work on‑call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends). Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, HVAC & mechanical systems, and painting. Proficient with use of basic handheld and electrical tools. Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently. What You Will Do Maintenance Associates contribute to the successful operations of our multi‑unit apartment complexes. The role is responsible for efficiently responding to resident requests for repairs, for providing preventative and repair maintenance to building systems and equipment, as well as upkeeping apartment units and grounds to the Hazelview standard. This role responds to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.
