Lead softgoods operations at Giant Tiger in Westlock, Alberta, using customer service and merchandising skills. This is a full-time position.
As Softgoods Supervisor, you will oversee daily department operations and supervise Associates. The role combines planning, communication, replenishment, merchandising, inventory management, and customer complaint resolution while supporting store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high customer service across assigned departments
- Supervise Associates and communicate daily policies
- Order and replenish merchandise for assigned areas
- Lead merchandising and inventory management activities
- Open and close the store on rotation
Requirements:
- Proven motivation and team leadership abilities
- Effective customer service and communication skills
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
- One to three years retail management experience
- Ability to lift and move up to 18 kilograms
