Food Service Supervisor – Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
Train, guide, and support staff to maintain high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness.
Prepare work schedules, assign duties, and monitor employee performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
Monitor inventory, maintain stock levels, and assist with ordering food and supplies.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee food preparation, product quality, and proper storage procedures.
Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and assist with cash handling and sales transactions.
Support management in achieving operational goals and maintaining a positive team environment.
Pay rate 19 dollar per hour
