Position Status Part-Time, Full-Time, Seasonal, Hourly. For a part-time position, Saturdays and Sundays are possible. Job Summary As a Rentals Agent, you’ll be responsible for setting customers up with appropriate ski or snowboard gear, selling tickets and promoting programs offered at Mt. Sima. You will also be training in rental gear maintenance and performing maintenance and cleaning duties. Duties To deliver great guest experiences to all Mt Sima users. Most work is performed indoors, but you will be expected to occasionally perform outdoor work. Give personalized service to all guests, and provide them with accurate information. Seek out accurate information when needed in order to answer all guests’ questions. Handle all walk-in guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and competent manner, and handle conflictive situations in a diplomatic manner. Know and be up-to-date on all prices, programs, events and policies. Perform other duties as assigned by manager. Keep guest relations, ticket office, validation as well as surrounding areas clean and tidy at all times. Always show up on time and adhere to the grooming policy. Be cheerful and courteous at all times with guests and staff. Ensure that all guests and staff are in possession of a valid ticket or pass and that the person using the pass or ticket is correct. Assist guests with ticket/pass problems, general inquiries or concerns. Sanitize high-touch areas Qualifications Broad experience in all aspects of customer service. Must have strong communication and listening skills. Ability to multi-task and problem-solve. Can handle conflict resolution situations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
