As a Business Analyst, you will organize a project, build a business case, and develop a captivating pitch. You will collaborate with specialists in business, data, and programming while helping design and build a product. The program focuses on real RBC challenges, stakeholder presentations, and fully functional prototypes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research business challenges and develop innovative product solutions
- Organize and manage your team's project
- Build business cases and captivating stakeholder pitches
- Design, troubleshoot, and develop product prototypes
- Collaborate with experts, mentors, sponsors, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Current post-secondary enrollment with 2027–2028 graduation
- Ability to communicate business value clearly
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and leadership
- Interest or experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Figma
