Order Picker at The Home Depot

As an Order Picker associate, you play a vital role in facilitating customer orders in a timely manner. Your tasks include carefully packing and labeling orders, managing product retrieval, and maintaining compliance with safety standards. You'll engage with customers during some transactions while ensuring orders are efficiently staged for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow Home Depot’s GET model for customer service
• Gather products using Order Fulfillment Application
• Load delivery vehicles for curbside orders
• Pack and label orders securely
• Comply with safety regulations during freight movement
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years retail or distribution experience
• Knowledge of reach trucks and order picker machines
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items
