In this role, you will work closely with our public transit team, shaping the future of transportation by delivering projects that improve mobility, safety and accessibility for millions of passengers nationwide. Specializing in rail systems, bus rapid transit and zero‑emission mobility solutions, our experts combine deep technical knowledge with innovative thinking to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of transit networks. What You’ll Be Challenged To Do As an experienced Senior Bridge Engineer – Rail Specialty, you will provide mentorship, project management, strong client‑facing skills and the ability to communicate and work across multiple operational groups and technical disciplines. Executing the design work on a variety of bridge projects involving a range of technical complexity. Securing, planning, directing and monitoring all aspects of small to large‑scale multi‑discipline bridge projects involving a diverse project staff, including oversight of activities related to Bridge Design, Bridge Rehabilitation and Bridge Inspection. Reinforcing and continuing to establish strategic market position/service offerings for the group to align with client needs and Gannett Fleming TranSystems strategic initiatives. Serving as a Project Manager, Task Manager and/or Bridge Technical Advisor on Project Pursuits. Mentoring junior to intermediate staff.
