Tour Alberta schools as a Non-Equity Stage Manager with Quest Theatre, coordinating productions and driving the touring van. The contract includes out-of-town dates.
This Non-Equity Stage Manager contract supports The General by Robert Morgan, directed by Kathryn Smith. The production tours school gymnasiums across Alberta. Responsibilities span preparation, rehearsals, public presentations, touring, holdover dates, and cleanup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete three days of stage management preparation
- Support twelve rehearsal days before touring begins
- Manage five weeks of school touring across Alberta
- Drive the van as the primary driver
- Complete scheduled cleanup dates after the production
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license required for touring duties
- Up-to-date first aid certification required
- Willingness to obtain a Quest-paid police check
- Availability for out-of-town tour dates
- Availability across the listed 2026 production dates
