If you are looking to shape the future of influencer marketing, we would love to meet you. Role Overview Creator is seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join our Customer Success team. The Senior Campaign Manager is the primary liaison between the company and key clients, ensuring campaigns meet objectives, are delivered on time, and provide measurable results. They will manage and mentor a team of Campaign Managers and Specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, and report to the Head of Client Services to assist in growing the revenue and increasing efficiency within the team. Responsibilities Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, understanding their business goals and aligning influencer marketing strategies to meet objectives. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Manage client expectations, communicate performance metrics, and provide insights on campaign results. Manage and mentor a team of Campaign Managers and Specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Act as a role model, demonstrating leadership and accountability in all aspects of work. Collaborate with senior leadership to refine agency processes, services, and strategic direction. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and lead post-campaign analyses with actionable insights for clients. Identify and develop opportunities for client upselling or cross-selling, contributing to the growth of the agency. Support new business development by contributing to pitches, proposals, and presentations. Provide thought leadership, delivering presentations, content on social and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
